Adult Learning Manager

Location: Binghamton or Horseheads Service Center
Supervisor: Lindsey Tupia
Grade: 7
Status: exempt

This position is responsible for all volunteer support and management systems for regional service centers including training and placement. Travel is required as well as some evening and weekend work. A Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience are required; past experience with volunteers and with Girl Scouts are a plus.

Senior Administrative Assistant – Development

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Julie Billings
Grade: 9
Status: Non-exempt/Full-time

This position is responsible for all administrative aspects of the development and alumni activities, including database management.

A high school diploma with at least three years of comparable experience is required. This position requires the ability to organize and prioritize work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary. Computer experience is required; experience using DonorPerfect or other donor database experience is preferred.

Administrative Assistant – Human Resources

Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Chris Kshyna
Grade: 10
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time 16 hours (working four hours per day for four days)

This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, including processing invoices and filing. This person must be detail-oriented and able to problem solve. A high school diploma with at least two years of comparable experience is required. Computer skills are also required.

Retail/Administrative Assistant – Operations

Location:Phelps Service Center

Grade: 10
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time 20+ hours

This position addresses customer needs through shop sales, counter support, phones, inventory, and administrative support. This person must have good communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma with at least two years of comparable experience is required. Some evenings and weekendsd are also required.
