Year Round Positions
Community Development Manager (two openings)
Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Carol Nabors
Grade: 7
Status: Exempt/Full-time
The primary responsibility of this position is targeted community cultivation for the recruitment of adult volunteers. The secondary responsibility is the identification of service ‘gaps’ in reaching girls in the assigned area. This position is responsible for providing marketing linkages as well as identifying key community support or partners for the organization at the service center and corporate level. A four year degree is desired; a minimum of a two year degree is required. Two years of related experience and Girl Scout and volunteer management experience are also desired.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Location: Cicero Service Center
Supervisor: Chris Kshyna
Grade: 10
Status: Non-exempt/Part-time (work four to five hours per day for four to five days per week)
This primary responsibility for this position will be to manage calls that come through the council-wide telephone system. This person will also provide back-up suport to the administrative pool. A high school diploma and computer skills are required.
