GSUSA offers an Online Orientation through their web site. This learning opportunity is a volunteer's first step in becoming acquainted with Girl Scouts. Completion of this course is a prerequisite for further participation as a volunteer for Girl Scout of NYPENN Pathways.

Girl Scout Leadership Experience

GSUSA also offers the Girl Scout Leadership Experience online. This course will guide you through a 45-minute interactive learning course where you will gain knowledge of the Keys to Leadership, the Girl Scout Processes and how to successfully incorporate them into your Girl Scout Experience. Be sure to select NYPENN Pathways as the council you belong in and complete the learning log. You will be contacted within 5 days to review your submission.

Fall Kick-off Presentation

Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways hosted several Fall Kick-off Events to help volunteers become familiar with our new council. During these events, a powerpoint presentation explaining our single entry system of volunteer acceptance was shown and reviewed. You may view the Fall Kick-off presentation again if you wish to do so.
