Girls working on their Silver Award will submit paperwork to their troop or group volunteer for approval. Girls also need to submit to council the Silver Award Notification Form prior to beginning the award project and the Silver Award Final Summary Form after completing the award project. The troop is responsible for purchasing a Silver Award pin for each girl that earns the Silver Award.

Here are the forms you will need

Money Earning Policy

Sometimes award projects require funds for materials and other aspects of the project beyond what is available in the troop treasury. There are specific restrictions and guidelines for raising funds that girls and troops must follow. Please review and carefully follow the money earning policies listed below. Keep in mind that the Request for Money Earning Activity form must be submitted in time to be approved at least three weeks before the activity takes place.
