New Events: We will be continuously adding activities throughout the year, so be sure to subscribe to the council’s weekly e-newsletter.
Complete: Fill out the Activity Registration Form completely using the details specified in the event description. Mail it to the Service Center listed with the event description.
Pay: Deposit Fees for all events and property reservations must accompany your Registration Form. Event fees of $25 or less must be paid in full as the deposit. Property rental rates and deposits vary by facility. The non-refundable portion of site reservations will be stated at the time of reservation. Activity registrations and final payments are due a minimum of two weeks prior to each event or as stated in the activity registration information. Please note that some events require a longer lead time.
Receiving: When your Activity Registration Form arrives, the postmark date will be recorded, your Activity Registration Form will be reviewed for completeness and the completed forms will be held for processing.
If the Activity Registration Form is incomplete, it will be returned to you. You may complete the Activity Registration Form and again mail it to the service center. The new postmark date will be recorded for use in processing
Every activity participant, including girls and adults, should be a registered Girl Scout. If an activity participant is not a registered Girl Scout , please add a $12 per person fee to the activity cost. Membership in Girl Scouting is open to all girls in grades K – 12 and adults ages 18 and up.
Processing: Activity Registrations are processed on a daily basis according to postmark.
When the number of postmarked registrations exceeds the number of spaces still available for the event, the registration received that day will be entered into a random drawing for the remaining spaces.
Registrations confirmation will be sent as soon as possible. The confirmation will be sent via e-mail or to the contact address on the form. Please help us save paper, by providing your e-mail address in neat block lettering!! Additional event information will be sent at least two weeks prior to the event. You will be notified as soon as possible if the event is full.
Cancellations:
by you: Cancellation notifications will only be accepted in writing. Refunds for cancellations are made only if the notification is received at the appropriate service center by the registration deadline date specified in the event description. Please review the refund policy prior to registering for council activities.
by council: A full refund is given if the council closes a program center or cancels a program activity due to a serious health or safety hazard. Troops/groups or individuals who have reservations or are registered will be notified as soon as possible when that decision is made.

If cancellations are made prior to the final payment due date, a refund, less the deposit fee will be granted.
Cancellations made after the final payment due date will not receive a refund.
Participants who want to transfer to another program, activity, or event will be assessed a $10 transfer fee.
If a participant uses cookie program incentive as payment towards an event and subsequently cancels their registration, the cookie credit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
