Leadership Essentials
Discover, connect and take action on your own inner leadership journey! We have a workshop that prepares volunteers to effectively facilitate the new Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Participants will explore the meaning of the three keys to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and girl-led, learning by doing and cooperative learning processes. The session replaces Basic Leader Training as a necessity for new troop volunteers and is beneficial to current leaders, as well.

Have you ever wanted to show your leadership abilities on a national level? Now you can! Take part in the Girl Scout Leadership Institute’s workshop Live Healthy, Lead Healthy in Indianapolis with Girl Scouts from all over the country! You will also be able to go to the 2008 National Convention, where you’ll get to learn about Girl Scouting and make lasting memories along with 15,000 other Girl Scouts from all over the world!
