2009 Cookie Program Activity

Friday, January 16 - Sunday, April 5

The start of the 2009 Cookie Program Activity is just around the corner! Girls of all ages are speaking up. They want change, and they want to help. They are eager to make a difference in the world. Imagine if...Girl Scouts could change the world with proceeds from the cookie activity. When it comes to a girl's imagination, the possibilities are endless. Maybe they will use part of their cookie proceeds to tackle an environmental issue, support recycling, promote literacy, recognize community heroes or raise awareness about issues that matter most to them. Whatever they choose, they will build new leadership skills as they discover, connect and take action to make the world a better place.

Gift of Caring Program

For many years, Girl Scouts across the country have used Girl Scout Cookies to show their appreciation for men and women in uniform or to support those in need. Choose an organization you want to benefit and give customers the opportunity to purchase cookies as a donation. For various reasons, some customers do not want to buy cookies for themselves. With Gift of Caring, they have a chance to give to others while supporting Girl Scouting at the same time.

Cookies 4 a Change

Leadership through Cookies? Now that's Cookies 4 a change! You can use the Cookie Activity to bring your service ideas to life. Whether you are caring for the enviornment, promoting literacy or campaigning for social issues, the Cookie Activity can help you: Discover more about your values and the world, Connect with others when selling cookies, and Take Action to make the world a better place with projects funded by cookie proceeds.
