Circle of Friends
The Girl Scouts – Foothills Council, Inc. has enjoyed the support of friends who believe in the strength of our programs and are dedicated to the quality experiences that our girls have through Girl Scouting. Because of their generosity, girls who have barriers to participation in Girl Scouting have the opportunity to learn and grow in an all-girl environment.
